What file assets do you provide me?
We provide you with a vectored Adobe Illustrator file. We also provide it as a layered .png in standard business card size.
How do I get revisions?
This package comes with up to 2 revision requests, so you can rest assure satisfaction is the ONLY end result.
What does your approval process look like?
After you pay for this service and complete the onboarding document, we start designing your new business card. All design files are sent to you for your approval via email before zipping them up and sending you the RAWs. If you require any changes during our approval process, we can take care of them immediately and send you the revised copies. Your PM (Project Manager) will work with you to get approval. Once approved, we'll send your new business cards printed and shipped to you or your client's door.
Can you print and ship these business cards to any address?
We only ship to addresses in the United States of America. We ship via USPS, and you will receive your order approximately 2 weeks after your design approval.
