Fulfillment plans

Three ways to work with Murphy.

Every plan gets you the same catalog, the same production team, and the same white-label IP terms. The difference is how you buy, how fast we kick off, and how much margin you keep.

How fulfillment works

The same five steps, regardless of plan.

The plans differ in speed, capacity, and reporting. The operating model is the same.

  1. 01

    Fit check call

30 minutes. We learn about your agency, the services you want to resell, and whether Murphy is the right production fit. No card required to schedule.

  2. 02

    First production drop

If the fit is clear, we confirm the agreement path, access needs, and first ticket. Catalog accounts kick off within 48 hours of MSA signing; Hours and Retainer accounts can kick off same-day.

  3. 03

    Tickets + dashboard

Submit tickets in your dashboard. Real-time status, ticket logs, hour balance if applicable, and production lead assignments are visible to your team. Actual production time is tracked task-by-task in our proprietary task timer.

  4. 04

    Delivery + handoff

Every ticket ships with a handoff doc your client never sees. White-label QA. IP assigns to your agency on payment.

  5. 05

    Reporting

Catalog: invoiced per service. Hours: monthly utilization report from our proprietary task timer. Retainer: 80-hour utilization review, monthly strategy review, and quarterly business review.

Frequently asked

Common questions about plans.

What does prepaid hours savings mean?

Catalog is pay-as-you-go, so there is no prepaid-hour discount; each project uses the published agency price. Support Hours are Murphy production hours your agency buys before assigning them to a client ticket. The 40-hour support pack benchmark is $1,100, or $27.50/hr. The Fulfillment Retainer starts at $1,995 for 80 monthly production hours, which lowers the effective agency rate to $24.94/hr before any custom volume scope is added.

How do you track the actual hours used?

We track production time in our proprietary task timer at the task level. For Support Hours and Retainer work, time entries are tied back to the ticket or project so your utilization report can show what was used, what remains, and where the time went. Catalog work is fixed-scope, so the task timer supports internal capacity planning rather than hourly billing.

What is the difference between standard turnaround and same-day kickoff?

Standard turnaround means the service follows the published production window after scope is confirmed. Same-day kickoff means we open the ticket, assign the operator, and start moving it through the queue the same business day the brief is approved. The step-by-step version lives on the process page.

What does priority queue placement actually change?

Priority queue placement moves approved tickets ahead of standard catalog work once scope and assets are ready. It does not skip QA or make every deliverable instant, but it does reduce wait time before production starts. Agencies that need it usually start with 20-hour support packs, 40-hour support packs, or a retainer.

What is included in the account dashboard?

Catalog accounts get basic ticket visibility. Support Hours accounts also see hour balance and ticket usage. Retainer accounts get fuller utilization reporting so you can see how the 80-hour monthly production budget is being used. The first setup path is outlined on the onboarding page.

When do we get an account lead?

Dedicated account leads are included on Retainer plans because there is enough recurring volume to justify a named lead and production team. Support Hours still get operator ownership per ticket, but not a dedicated account lead across the whole account.

Do retainers get a dedicated Discord server?

Yes. Fulfillment Retainer agencies get daily account check-ins through a dedicated Discord server for agency-level communication, ticket context, production updates, and faster back-and-forth with the Murphy team. Catalog and Support Hours accounts still use the dashboard and normal support channels.

What are custom workflow integrations?

These are process connections built around how your agency already works, such as intake forms, dashboards, CRM handoffs, recurring reporting, or automation between your tools and the Murphy production workflow. Smaller versions often fit AI lead intake workflow setup or support hours.

What does minimum commitment mean?

Catalog has no monthly commitment because you pay per service. Support Hours are bought per pack. Retainers reserve monthly production capacity, so they start with a quarterly commitment and a 30-day off-ramp after the first quarter. Cancellation language is summarized in the refund and cancellation policy.
