The lifecycle

Six phases. One handoff per phase.

Every engagement runs the same lifecycle. Predictable cadence is what makes the work resellable under your brand.

01

Intake

Engagement intake

You close the sale; we receive the brief. Within one business day, we open a workspace, assign a senior operator, and confirm scope, timeline, and the handoff plan.

Deliverables

  • Project workspace provisioned
  • Senior operator assigned
  • Scope + acceptance criteria signed
02

Provision

Systems wired up

Hosting, CRM, automation, AI agents, and tracking are provisioned, tested, and connected to your delivery stack. Documentation lands in your workspace; we never appear in the room.

Deliverables

  • Accounts + access configured
  • Tracking + analytics connected
  • Internal QA dry run completed
03

Build

Production

Senior operators execute against weekly milestones. You see live status; the client sees your brand. Every artifact is reviewable in your workspace before it ships.

Deliverables

  • Weekly milestone delivery
  • Live status board + activity log
  • Reviewable artifacts under your brand
04

Review

QA + acceptance

Two-pass internal QA happens before anything reaches you. Your acceptance is the only gate to delivery, and we keep a record of every revision.

Deliverables

  • Internal QA completed
  • Revision rounds tracked
  • Acceptance recorded + countersigned
05

Deliver

Handoff to your client

We package the deliverable for your brand: credentials, documentation, walkthrough video, and a one-page client summary you can forward as-is.

Deliverables

  • Branded deliverable package
  • Walkthrough + documentation
  • Client-facing one-pager
06

Operate

Ongoing operations

Recurring engagements move to a steady-state cadence: monthly reporting, scheduled maintenance windows, and a same-day support channel. Pause, scale, or close the engagement at any point.

Deliverables

  • Monthly reporting + retro
  • Scheduled maintenance windows
  • Support channel + SLA

The handoff

Two tracks. One deliverable.

You stay client-facing. We stay invisible 👻. The handoff between the two tracks is the entire product, and it is instrumented end to end.

Track A

Client-facing
  1. 1
    Discovery call

    You scope and price.

    Always under your brand.

Track B

We deliver

Invisible
  1. 1

    Tools, accounts, access.

  2. 2

Operational FAQ

How engagements actually run.

How fast can a new engagement start?

Same day for intake; the workspace is provisioned within one business day. Standard onboarding completes inside five business days, including system wiring, account access, and the internal QA dry run.

Who actually does the work?

A senior operator runs the engagement and is named in your workspace. Discipline-specific specialists are pulled in for production. Quality review is always done by an independent reviewer, never the person who built the work.

How do I know what's happening day-to-day?

Your workspace shows live milestone status, the active artifact under review, and a timestamped activity log. We do not run weekly status meetings; the dashboard is the status.

What if a milestone is going to slip?

We flag it the moment we know, not when it is due. The senior operator proposes a revised plan in your workspace; you accept or counter. Slips are rare because the cadence is conservative by design.

Can I pause or close an engagement mid-flight?

Yes. Recurring engagements can be paused or closed at any monthly boundary. Project work can be paused before any milestone gate; we deliver everything completed to that point under your brand.

How do you handle client-facing communication?

We do not. All communication with your end client goes through you, under your brand. We give you walkthroughs, summaries, and one-pagers you can forward as-is, but we never appear in the room.
